Thank you for your interest in Anthony's Espresso Equipment Inc. Our stores are located in the Toronto, Ontario CANADA and we are only shipping within CANADA at this time.  Online orders for shipping / delivery are processed only on business days. 

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer a few ways to receive your online purchase;

  1. FREE CONTACTLESS PICKUP AVAILABLE 
    Contactless pickup is available on any online product order, regardless of amount at both the Toronto & Woodbridge locations (pending stock levels). After your order confirmation, please wait for your "Ready-for-Pickup" email confirmation prior to departure.  In most cases on business days, your order should be ready for pickup in the same day. If you are in dire need of your product, it is best to call the store ahead of time to ensure it can be picked for you in the same day. There is NO pickup fee.
    Equipment, machine & select orders will require photo ID and/or the credit card used for the order to pickup. This is to help prevent fraud and ensure you are receiving the correct order. Please bring your photo ID and credit card used for the purchase with you upon pickup.

    Anthony's Espresso WOODBRIDGE - Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 9am-2pm, Sunday Closed
    Anthony's Espresso TORONTO - Monday-Friday 10am-5pm, Saturdays & Sundays Closed

  2. FREE SHIPPING IN CANADA* ON ORDERS $69 and up 
    We are offering FREE shipping across Canada* (except for Canada Post Remote Areas Listed below) on any order over $69.
    Delivery carriers depending on your area will vary between; Canada Post, UPS, Purolator & Fedex.
    Remote areas will be subject to a delivery charge of $14.95 plus tax and will be contacted about a delivery surcharge, depending on your location/area.
  3. FLAT FEE SHIPPING IN CANADA ON ANY ORDER
    We offer a flat fee of $14.95 plus tax for shipping your product, should your order total fall below $69. This will help offset the low order fee, handling and cost for shipping. 


Orders placed after 1:00pm, or on weekends / holidays, will be processed the next business day. If there is a delay or problem with your order we will contact you within 24 hours, or, on the next following business day.


INSURANCE

All shipments are insured to cover any damage that may occur during transit. All shipments valued over $300 will require a signature of receipt.
