Price Guarantee November 1, 2021 – January 6, 2022
Purchase today and if the price drops before the end of the year, including Black Friday and Boxing Day, on the same brand and model currently advertised in a displayed print or website ad, by Anthony’s Espresso or a competitor at a lower price with identical terms, free inclusions, gift with purchases and conditions, we will refund you the difference in the same tender with what you paid.
The identical items must be new, locally available, sold by an authorized retailer with standard warranties and priced in Canadian dollars.
Does not include group or club pricing, errors, pricing from online auctions, bid or retailor aggregator sites, or pricing not otherwise generally available to the public.
Holiday Return Policy
We understand that some items purchase early may be given as gifts for the holidays. This is why we will be offering extended return policies as listed below.
Purchases made between November 09, 2021 to December 24, 2021
All items (excluding consumables and perishables) can be returned for full refund if in original packaging and unopened. The deadline for returns is December 29, 2021. If your purchase is made on anthonysespresso.com please email us prior to returning anything for an authorization number.
Any opened or used items will be subject to the restocking fee outlined in our regular return policy.
Delonghi 30 day Satisfaction Guarentee
Any Delonghi Espresso machine purchased between November 09, 2021 to December 24, 2021 will benefit from the Delonghi 30 day Satisfaction guarantee which would take effect on December 25th, 2021. This means you will have until January 23, 2022 to return your Delonghi Machine.
30 Day return on any Delonghi Espresso machine new or used. Satisfaction guarantee for any Delonghi espresso machine! No restocking fee, no questions asked. Returned machine must be with all items and original packaging.

The Espresso points system is a promotional item provided by Anthony’s Espresso. This point system may be canceled without notice and with no guarantee. All purchases using the points will be subject to tax and shipping charges. No cash value for points.
At Anthony’s Espresso we understand that sometimes people change their mind. That’s why we offer the following return policy.
– 30 day return policy on NEW and UNUSED products in their original packaging.
*** 30 Day return on any Delonghi Espresso machine new or used. Satisfaction guarantee for any Delonghi espresso machine! no restocking fee, no questions asked. returned machine must be with all items and original packaging.
– Shipping costs incurred by Anthony’s Espresso will not be refunded.
– If the machine is opened and not considered new a restocking fee of 20% will be applied. ***Does not apply for Delonghi Espresso Machine returned within 30days of purchase.
– You must first contact Anthony’s Espresso to receive RMA # before any products are shipped back to us.
– DOA (Dead on Arrival) machines are rare, but unfortunately do happen from time to time. Please call us first immediately. If then deemed to be “DOA” we will immediately replace it and ship new item at no cost to you.
– All returned items must be sent via the Canada Post, UPS, Fedex or Purolator and must include the additional services for insurance to cover the full amount of the purchase price as well as Signature Confirmation service
– Unauthorized returns or returns shipped without RMA# or return authorization form may not be accepted and may be refused at our dock.
