Price Match Guarantee
At Anthony’s Espresso, we want you to feel confident you’re getting a fair price when purchasing from us. If you find the same product at a lower advertised price from an authorized Canadian retailer, we’ll match it.
What qualifies
- Identical brand, model number, and colour
- New, unused product
- Sold by an authorized Canadian retailer
- Advertised in Canadian dollars
- In stock and available for immediate purchase
What’s included
- Matching the competitor’s advertised product price
- Applies to regular retail pricing
What’s excluded
- Marketplace sellers (Amazon Marketplace, eBay, etc.)
- Grey-market or unauthorized sellers
- Clearance, liquidation, refurbished, open-box, demo, or used items
- Membership-only, loyalty, bundle-only, financing-based, or conditional pricing
- Typographical or pricing errors
- Prices that include incentives, gifts, or services not offered by Anthony’s Espresso

We reserve the right to verify the retailer’s authorization status and advertised price. If we’re unable to match a price, we’ll gladly explain why.
Standard Returns (Most Products)
- 30-day return window for new, unused items in original packaging
- Items must be complete with all original parts and accessories
- Shipping costs paid by Anthony’s Espresso are non-refundable
- Opened or used items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee
All returns require authorization so we can process them properly.
To start a return, please email info@anthonysespresso.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

We proudly offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all De’Longhi espresso machines — even if they’ve been used.

- No restocking fee
- No questions asked
- Must include all original items and packaging
If it’s not the right fit, we’ll help you return or exchange it.
Damaged or Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) Items

Return Shipping Requirements
To protect your purchase during transit, returned machines must be shipped using:
- Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or Purolator
- Full insurance covering the purchase value
- Signature confirmation service
Refunds are issued once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved by our team.
