Our service turnaround window depends on the time of year, and the amount of machines we have in for service at the time of drop off. We are offering a curbside drop off and pickup during the current COVID-19 Ontario restrictions.

We realized your machine is precious and are working hard to get it back to you as soon as we can. We have loaner capsule machines available for your use should you need to use something in the meantime. (pending availability at the time). If you would like service to your machine, please bring your unit in for service and expect to wait the current wait time posted above for an estimate. Alternatively, you may fill out the form below to place you in queue for service and would contact you as your service window approaches to drop off the unit within 48 hours of your service time. After drop off, expect an estimate within 48-72 hours.

COMMON Q&A

I have a domestic (home) machine that needs service, what do I do? 

Kindly bring your unit into either one of our Woodbridge or Toronto service centres, or fill out the form above to place your machine in queue for service. Need a hand to unload on site? Call us upon arrival and we can send someone out to help when available.
* SEMI-PROFESSIONAL & PROFESSIONAL equipment are only serviced at the WOODBRIDGE location and need to be dropped off at the Woodbridge location only.

 

Will it cost me anything to check my machine?

Yes. Our assessment fees start at $60 (including tax) and get deducted off of your repair total.
If you decide not to proceed with your repair after we've provided the assessment, it is non-refundable. As a courtesy, if you purchase a new super-automatic machine within 30 days of your assessment, we can deduct the assessment fee off the price of the new unit. (some exclusions apply. See your store location for more information)

  • $60 ASSESSMENT: On any super-automatic/manual machine. This payment is taken up-front on aging machines 6 years and older (based on its manufactured date) or at the discretion of the service representative. (Saec0, Philips, Delonghi, Gaggia Etc.)
  • $100 ASSESSMENT: All Semi-Professional Espresso machines (Rocket, Bezzera, ECM etc.)

 

Do you have a General Service Package?

Our Preventative Maintenance Package* is $79.99 + tax and includes a professional descale, internal cleaning, brew unit maintenance, grinder calibration and overall inspection of the unit.
(*for super-automatic machines only, does not include semi-professional or commercial machines)

 

How much does it cost to fix my machine?

It depends on the problem. A technician will quote you on the repair including labour and any parts necessary.
Labour is $72.50/hour and part costs will vary.

 

How long will my service take?

It really depends on how many units we have in for service at the time you drop off. If you would like to know the current estimated wait-time, please call your store location.

What does my manufacturer warranty cover and for how long?

Every manufacturer carries different offerings in their warranty. Check your warranty paperwork that came with the machine you purchased to verify what is and what is not covered under manufacturer warranty and for how long. If you are unsure, call your manufacturer. Shipping costs under warranty also varies between manufacturers. NOT ALL MANUFACTURERS COVER SHIPPING COSTS (including Gaggia & extended warranty offerings)
